Welcome to Thee  Viking World Order

Viking World Order was originally founded in 1997, but began a real presence in 2008.

Many of the original members met thru WeAreVikingsFans.com, and thru that met the Viking Viktory Voyage (VVV) fangroup.  Friendships developed, and eventually a member started hosting get-togethers in their garage.  The group began to regularly enjoying each other's company at the Prairie Pub in Eden Prairie, moved to the Mermaid in Mounds View, and in 2023 found a home at the Delta Hotels Minneapolis Northeast & Twin Cities 400 Tavern.

 2009 Draft Party was the first time that many people met.  After that, groups would meet up at Home Opener, Arctic Blast, Draft Parties at Winter Park.

The VWO was an active participant in the lobbying of the legislation to get a new stadium built in Minnesota, to replace the crumbling Metrodome.  2011 saw VWO members on the floor of the Minnesota Legislature...and in March 2012 Governor Mark Dayton announced an agreement build a new stadium!  US Bank Stadium broke ground in 2014, and the VWO moved to the (then called) TCF Stadium at the University of Minnesota.  The seasons of 2014 and 2015 were played at the college stadium.  2016 was the inaugural year at the US Bank Stadium, and the VWO was present for all of it!

VWO members consist of people from many walks of life...season ticket holders to fans watching from home. 

We welcome all.

We have two things that we are most proud of in the VWO. 

Our relationships with fans from other NFL teams, and our charity work.  We welcome all visiting team fans to join us at our events and tailgates, and can't wait to build more friendships from around the country! 

Charity work is one of the cornerstones of our organization.  Each year our group or members of our group help different organizations including but not limited to Minnesota Children's Hospital, Hope Lodge, Best Christmas Ever, HopeKids, Second Harvest Heartland Foodshelf, & Veteran's Home in Hastings.
